If you are looking for a place to start your career, Suncore has endless opportunities to learn, grow and advance. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our team as <strong>Safety Coordinator</strong>. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Things You’ll Do</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Attend field job sites and review/monitor/safety compliance </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Get to know the workforce and build a relationship of trust </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform safety inspections of company facilities, production plants, and equipment, then follow up with stakeholders on findings </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct safety trainings and attend site safety meetings </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze and report on incident trends and functions as the safety expert on all safety related issues</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with and administers OSHA, MSHA and USDOT regulations. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of safety management experience </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>The ability to establish trusting and partnered relationships with all people </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent conflict management and problem-solving skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong communication, organization, and collaboration </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>An insurable driving record </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree, safety-related is preferred but not required  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits </strong></p>\n<p>At Suncore, we value people.
