Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a <strong>Full-Time&nbsp;</strong><strong>Maintenance Superintendent</strong> with a can-do attitude to join us in creating exceptional living experiences.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Position:</strong> Maintenance Superintendent (</span>Live on Exempt unit)</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Location:</strong> SummerCrest. 72 - Units. Located in Fresno, CA.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Hours</strong>: Tuesday through Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Key Qualifications:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>EPA Section 608 Type I and II or Universal Technician license.
