      "content": "\n<li>Must have a strong understanding and personal commitment to reproductive rights and the goals and responsibilities of PPSNE</li>\n<li>Able to manage a thriving team in a fast paced and dynamic environment&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, communication and sound decision making skills&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with diplomacy and tact</li>\n<li>Interested in and committed to health equity. Has a deep understanding of health inequity and its historical and continued impact on our patients, communities, and healthcare systems</li>\n<li>Authentic relationship building. Demonstrates an ability to work effectively across difference and build trust with a diversity of people</li>\n<li>Self-awareness as it relates to belonging and equity. Brings a high level of self-awareness, empathy, and humility to interpersonal interactions across all dimensions of difference</li>\n<li>Transparent decision-making. Experience communicating decision effectively with staff. Demonstrated judgment in knowing when and how to gather meaningful input</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s level Degree from an accredited college or university and/or comparable training and job experience required</li>\n<li>Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required</li>\n<li>Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and have a reliable form of transportation</li>\n<li>Bi-lingual English/Spanish or bi-cultural candidate preferred</li>\n"
