You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful solutions, streamline workflows and enhance user experience, ensuring our product evolves to meet customer needs and business goals.</p><p>PRODUCT DISCOVERY: Contribute to the product discovery process by collecting user feedback to identify needs and pain points, such as through interviews. Work closely with our CTO, development team, and UX designer to develop valuable, usable, and technically feasible solutions.</p><p>EXECUTION PLANNING: Assist in managing the task backlog of our development team by preparing, prioritizing and briefing user stories and tasks. Help establish efficient team processes to ensure smooth releases.</p><p>PRODUCT MARKETING: Help create presentations for sales, marketing and education purposes, such as showcasing the latest releases and feature updates in our newsletter or educating users about new functionalities. Additionally, collaborate with our Customer Success team to analyze and understand current user trends.</p><p>PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: Take ownership of subproducts of Remdash - You'll lead the entire product lifecycle — from conducting user interviews and developing UX concepts to creating release plans, managing launches, and measuring success through KPIs.</p>"

You have a talent for breaking down complex user needs into actionable steps, ensuring features are practical and impactful. Your strong attention to detail allows you to identify and prioritize valuable product improvements. Experience in developing user journeys and creating user stories is an advantage.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;\">TECH & UX UNDERSTANDING: You possess a basic understanding of technical concepts and modern software development processes, which helps you to bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.
