    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Industrial Automation Control Panel Builder will have the capabilities to read and interpret electrical drawing packages to independently fabricate high quality industrial automation control panels.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Regular Schedule: Monday - Thursday (10 hours/days)</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Fabricate, assemble, build, wire, and test industrial control panels.</li>\n <li>Responsible for shop floor quality control, including inspection, testing, documentation, and UL certification requirements.</li>\n <li>Check-in and track project material.</li>\n <li>Communicate with shop supervisor, project managers, engineers, and customers to resolve issues.</li>\n <li>Ensure internal and client defined standards and scope are maintained.</li>\n <li>Assist with managing shop supplies and project inventory.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as required.</li>\n <li>Analyze and comprehend electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and physical layout drawings.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Hands-on experience in fabricating, building, wiring, testing, and inspecting control panels:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to wire using elementaries and point to point wiring diagrams.</li>\n <li>Skilled in providing mechanical build (layout of backplate, drilling, tapping, component layout)</li>\n <li>Ability to use appropriate hand tools and power tools.</li>\n <li>In-depth comprehension of common electrical components such as breakers, disconnect switches, starters, relays, timers, PLCs, VFDs, contactors, overloads, etc.</li>\n <li>Excellent knowledge of UL508A and NEC. Experience building and inspecting panels to these standards.</li>\n <li>Proficient understanding of circuits and industrial automation electronics.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of applicable safety rules and procedures, including OSHA.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail, with an ability to work carefully and accurately.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Years of Experience Required:</u></strong></p>\n<p>5-10 years of experience in Industrial Automation Control Panel fabrication and wiring for panels incorporating industrial IO, PLC and VFD automation panels.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to lift and move up to a 50-pound load.</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand for long periods of time (majority of work will be conducted from a standing position).</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. </li>\n</ul>",
