      "text": "What You Will Do:",
      "content": "\n<li>Deliver services to the participants by conducting group and/or individual sessions.</li>\n<li>Evaluate and document the progress of participants assigned to their groups. Works individually with each participant to develop and implement a treatment/action plan.</li>\n<li>Engage participants daily, and reinforce group rules and expectations for participation and completion.</li>\n<li>Participates in case conferences and provides guidance in determining education and vocational goals based on the interest and preferences of each participant in addition to individualized assessments.</li>\n<li>Maintains supervision, including the development of the treatment plan, review of client's files, and initial and or ongoing client assessments.</li>\n<li>Document the delivery of services in ARMS.</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with CDCR/CCHCS and institutional staff.</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with Facilitator Inmates and OMCP Mentors as needed during group sessions.</li>\n<li>Responsible to provide clinical verification of internship hours for registered Clinician Staff and OMCP Mentors.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n"

      "text": "What You Will Bring:",
      "content": "\n<li>The <strong>Clinician I</strong> must meet the following minimum requirements:</li>\n<li>A Ph.D. in a social service or mental health field and have at least one (1) year of experience working in a licensed and/or certified program delivering SUDT and/or mental health services <strong>OR</strong> A Master's Degree in a social service or mental health field have and at least (2) years of working in a licensed and/or certified program delivering SUDT and/or mental health services.</li>\n<li>All Clinicians shall be licensed by the Board of Behavioral Sciences and maintain a current and active license, which is in good standing without current disciplinary action with their respective licensing board.</li>\n<li>Understanding of causes, symptoms, and effects of substance abuse; appreciation for the behavioral, psychological, physical, and social effects of drug abuse.</li>\n<li>Understanding or program curriculum, objectives, and best practices for implementation.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and typing skills. Operational knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Access.</li>\n<li>Ability to provide genuine warmth, empathy, and honest sensitivity to program participants to facilitate positive change.</li>\n<li>Ability to develop a treatment alliance with participants. Demonstrate ethical behavior in order to maintain professional standards and safeguard the participant.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate proper attitudes and techniques towards faculty, institution staff, and program participants; and model professional, effective work habits and responsible living.</li>\n<li><em><strong>Must be willing to work a daily shift from 12 pm-8:30 pm.</strong></em></li>\n"
