In this role, you will be responsible for general maintenance, minor repairs, facility inspections, and ensuring a clean, safe, and operational environment for staff, patients, and visitors.</p>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong problem-solving skills, mechanical ability, and a commitment to high-quality service and professionalism. Candidates must be punctual, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, flooring, fixtures, painting, etc.)</li>\n<li>Conduct facility inspections and ensure areas are safe and in proper working order</li>\n<li>Replace light bulbs, air filters, and minor building components as needed</li>\n<li>Monitor and report facility issues that require escalation</li>\n<li>Assist with occasional equipment setup or breakdown for events or facility use</li>\n<li>Maintain a neat and organized work area and comply with safety standards</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with supervisors and staff regarding maintenance concerns</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<p>✅ Previous maintenance or handyman experience (commercial facilities preferred)<br>✅ Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and light HVAC repair<br>✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks<br>✅ Excellent communication and time management skills<br>✅ Must be <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">reliable, professional, and detail-oriented</span><br>✅ Must be a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">non-smoker</span> (no exceptions)<br>✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer:</span></span></p>\n<p>✔ Competitive hourly pay ($20–$25 depending on experience)<br>✔ Full-time or part-time opportunities (based on location)<br>✔ Stable work schedule<br>✔ Supportive leadership and growing team<br>✔ Opportunity to grow within Corpcare Services Inc.</p>",
