Key to the success of this position is the effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting project status.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Responsible for the planning, configuration, testing, and implementation of all operational changes to create the release package for the delivery of, or changes to, the designated service. </p></li>\n <li><p>Manages all aspects of the end-to-end release process. </p></li>\n <li><p>Ensures coordination of build and test environments teams and release teams (as applicable). </p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure teams follow the organization’s established policies and procedures. </p></li>\n <li><p>Provides configuration management planning. </p></li>\n <li><p>Provides support to the configuration change Operational and approval process. </p></li>\n <li><p>Supports the quality assurance process audits. </p></li>\n <li><p>Provide management reports on release progress. </p></li>\n <li><p>Responsible for service roll out planning including method of deployment and plans communication implementation in coordination with the client's Change Operational Process.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Highly desired qualifications are:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Relevant certifications such as ITIL v3, CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA, Change Management </li>\n   <li>Bachelor’s degree in related technical field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking and Telecommunications.      </li>\n   <li>A minimum eight (8) Plus years of experience in equivalent technical field  </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Strong written and oral communication skills</li>\n <li>Must be able to work independently.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p><em>Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is a woman and minority-owned business headquartered in Chantilly, VA.
