    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>POSITION DESCRIPTION:</strong></span></p>\n<p><span>Jefferies is seeking an Analyst or Associate to lead transactions in a highly active capital markets environment – this team executes the full suite of investment banking services including M&amp;A (predominately sell-side), debt financings utilizing Jefferies committed syndicated and direct lending capabilities, and equity capital markets transactions including IPOs, follow-on and growth raises. This is an exceptionally active group executing a high volume of private equity-linked deals. Lead sell-side M&amp;A execution experience is a must. The Boston office houses approximately 50 people and this team consists of ~20 bankers focused on consumer, retail, business services, distribution, and technology transactions related to the automotive aftermarket.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Required Experience/Skills:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Strong sell-side M&amp;A experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Desire to lead transactions</span></li>\n <li><span>Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple parties</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Developed knowledge of private equity market</span></li>\n <li><span>Preparation of pitch books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations and prospectuses</span></li>\n <li><span>Expert financial modeling and business analysis</span></li>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus) from an accredited college or university AND 4+ years of Investment Banking experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Desire to live and work in Boston</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Salary Range: 110,000-225,000</p>\n<p>#LI-DNI</p>",
