In this role, you&rsquo;ll help manage personal insurance policies and renewals, assist with coverage changes, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service and timely support. If you enjoy building relationships, staying organized, and helping clients protect what matters most, we&rsquo;d love to meet you.</div><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, proof of insurance, and coverage questions</li><li>Support customers &amp; producers by preparing and marketing personal insurance options</li><li>Review client accounts for cross-sell opportunities and coverage needs</li><li>Process incoming calls, emails, and mail related to client service requests</li><li>Maintain accurate records in the agency management system</li><li>Assist with policy changes, &nbsp;payments, cancellations, and daily deposits</li><li>Help clients submit claims and follow up with insurance carriers</li><li>Build strong relationships with clients, producers, and carrier partners</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Qualifications</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent is required</li><li>One year of experience in a banking or insurance industry role is preferred.</li><li>Valid insurance licenses in Property &amp; Casualty are a plus or ability to obtain within first 60 days of employment.&nbsp;</li><li>Positive attitude with superior customer service and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><p>&nbsp;<em id=\"isPasted\">Join our team and help us live our mission....To Move Our Communities FORWARD!</em></p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
