This role is responsible for overseeing <strong>Service, Parts, and Rental operations</strong>, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and best-in-class customer experience.</p><p>You will partner closely with the Regional Vice President and lead a team of department managers to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous improvement.</p><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><p>You&rsquo;re a hands-on leader with a strong background in <strong>utility equipment, heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, or similar industries</strong>.
