They are also responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment at their assigned location.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Work as a team to satisfy client needs at transfer stations.</li><li>Able to help our driver tarping at client&rsquo;s facilities.</li><li>Must be able to communicate with leadership for repairs needed and supplies requests.</li><li>Complete all tasks efficiently and safely.</li><li>Maintain the work area clean and free of debris or objects.</li><li>Follow thoroughly the safety rules and procedures.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of two years of experience as a general laborer.</li><li>Able to perform general handyman repairs.</li><li>Follow thoroughly the safety rules and procedures.</li><li>Must be able to work a changing schedule based on demand.</li><li>General knowledge of transfer station operations</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><em>Travel Required</em></strong>:<strong>&nbsp;☐Yes ☒ No &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong>If yes, % of time:&nbsp;<strong><u>&nbsp;______</u></strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>This job in a dynamic environment requires being sensitive to change and responsive to changing goals, priorities, and needs.
