We’re looking for a motivated HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanic to join our team and play a key role in installing, fabricating, and maintaining high-performing HVAC systems across a variety of projects.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>In this hands-on role, you’ll bring projects to life by installing, modifying, and repairing ductwork and HVAC systems. You’ll work from blueprints and specifications to ensure precise, code-compliant installations while collaborating closely with team members and other on-site trades.</p><p><br></p><p>Your day-to-day may include:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications&nbsp;</li><li>Measuring, laying out, and installing duct systems (TDF, snap lock, slide and drive, etc.)</li><li>Installing flexible duct systems and sealing duct joints to prevent air leakage&nbsp;</li><li>Testing airflow, adjusting dampers and registers, and supporting system balancing&nbsp;</li><li>Installing and servicing HVAC equipment such as air handling units and blower systems&nbsp;</li><li>Inspecting, cleaning, and repairing existing duct systems and components&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshooting airflow issues, duct design challenges, and HVAC system performance&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinating with other trades to ensure seamless project execution&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring all work meets industry standards, building codes, and job specifications&nbsp;</li><li>Loading/unloading materials and maintaining a clean, safe job site&nbsp;</li><li>Using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
