This person will focus on providing support and technical oversight for complex or high-risk workers compensation claims.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role follows a <strong>hybrid work model</strong>, requiring <strong>4 days per week on‑site</strong> and <strong>1 day remote</strong>.</p>\n<p>To support team collaboration and business needs, <strong>preference will be given to candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity from one of our approved office locations</strong> listed below.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Eligible Office Locations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Texas:</strong> Dallas</li>\n <li><strong>Georgia:</strong> Alpharetta</li>\n <li><strong>Illinois:</strong> Chicago</li>\n <li><strong>Florida:</strong> Boca Raton, Maitland</li>\n <li><strong>Connecticut:</strong> Southington</li>\n <li><strong>California: </strong>Irvine</li>\n <li><strong>New Jersey:</strong> Princeton</li>\n <li><strong>Arizona:</strong> Scottsdale</li>\n <li><strong>New York:</strong> Melville, Latham</li>\n <li><strong>Utah:</strong> South Jordan</li>\n <li><strong>New Hampshire:</strong> Nashua</li>\n <li><strong>Kansas:</strong> Overland Park</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assume co-ownership for the outcomes on claims under oversight.</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary point of contact and business owner for critical national initiatives, with ownership for how those programs are performing and their results.</li>\n <li>Manage or participate as a SME in complex projects and initiatives for the WC line of business.</li>\n <li>Participate with senior leadership with develop, implementation, and training to new process, technology, and metrics.</li>\n <li>Responsible for LOB reserve adequacy, audits, reporting, etc.</li>\n <li>Development of WC guidelines, policies, procedures, standards, and best practices.</li>\n <li>Identify and pursue ways to reduce inefficiencies in claim processes.</li>\n <li>Conduct training, drive initiatives, action planning, development planning, and process improvement within region.</li>\n <li>Develop reports, evaluate trends, and drive outcomes within region.</li>\n <li>Serve as subject matter expert for the claims group and assist in cross departmental projects and initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>CPCU, AIC designation, adjuster licensing program or other industry training programs a plus</li>\n <li>7-10+ years of Workers Compensation claim handing experience.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage highly technical claim staff.</li>\n <li>Ability to mentor, train, and be a leader within the organization.</li>\n <li>Ability to provide claim oversight and direction on complex claim issues.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership.</li>\n <li>Knowledge source for adjusters</li>\n <li>Ability to develop reports, metrics, and process improvement plans.</li>\n <li>Ability to independently manage multiple projects and project teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>The expected salary range for this role is $115,000-140,000 annual.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
