Spanish Speaking a MUST!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As the General Manager, you are the champion and steward of our purpose.  Your success is measured not just on financial results, but in the positive impact you create across all four stakeholder groups (Associates, Community, Customers, and Patients).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is also Client Facing and has responsibility for expanding our business in that market so Sales Operations or Sales somewhere in your background is a HUGE plus!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Translate Vision into Action (Sales, Service, Operations)</li>\n <li>Build Culture Daily:  Foster an environment where Associates thrive, talent advances, and we all deliver exceptional service</li>\n <li>Drive Customer Loyalty: Own relationships with customer accounts, train others to do the same, and ensure service excellence</li>\n <li>Balance safety, growth, efficiency, and profitability</li>\n <li>Develop others to be future leaders</li>\n <li>Lead and direct the efficient operation of treatment and distribution at our laundry facility processing cloth products.
