    "description": "<p><span>Here at The Tri-M Group, LLC we are an employee owned company placing our employees first, knowing that highly trained, skilled, and compensated workforce can better serve our customers, our families and our communities.  We’ve built a reputation for delivering quality and professional commercial electrical services with safety as a top priority.  In addition, we place a strong emphasis on our employees, and it starts with hiring the best and brightest talent in the industry!</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Check out Tri-M’s comprehensive benefit list below the job description!</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Summary Description</span></p>\n<p>Manage and direct the High Voltage (HV) business division within The Tri-M group.  This leadership role is responsible for team safety, business development/ sales, customer satisfaction, project execution, quality assurance, people development, P&amp;L/ forecasting, and driving the long-term vision of the divisions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complies with and ensures compliance with all Tri-M safety policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Complies with and ensures compliance with all Tri-M employment policies and procedures including standards of conduct and appearance to reflect positively on the Company.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Creates and maintains cohesion between HV teams and other business teams, through teambuilding events, communication both verbally and written, and through project support.</li>\n<li>Maintains existing customer relationships and develop and expand new relationships with industrial and utility customer base. Leverage and provide direction to the sales team.</li>\n<li>Creates and maintains budgeted revenue and gross margin goals to include monthly forecasting, projections, and gross margin analysis. </li>\n<li>Works directly with the Director of High Voltage to develop annual financial targets.</li>\n<li>Establishes, analyzes and refines project management and field installation standards and policies to develop efficient and effective system approaches.</li>\n<li>Manages and partners with direct reports to ensure the field teams are staffed, scheduled, have material, and are prepared to execute the assigned project.</li>\n<li>Establishes schedules, priorities, and provides day-to-day direction of team members with the intent of ensuring that all deadlines for all projects are met.</li>\n<li>Manages assigned personnel in order, to achieve company objectives and maximize career development for employees and conducts timely and accurate performance evaluations.</li>\n<li>Drives business change through continuous improvement through new tools, systems and methods.</li>\n<li>Partners with the team to define and expand the field QA process.</li>\n<li>Defines and implements an ongoing training and career development program for all team members.</li>\n<li>Evaluates, plans, and coordinates vehicles, tools, equipment upgrades, replacements, and new purchases.</li>\n<li>Develops and implements documented processes across each business team.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assures that all permits, licenses, and inspections filings are completed.</li>\n<li>Develops scope of work, bill of material and labor hours for estimates.</li>\n<li>Prepares project status reports and/or schedules, if applicable.</li>\n<li>Prices and submits to owner and expedites all change order requests.</li>\n<li>Responds in timely manner to employee concerns.</li>\n<li>Assists in general business development activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills/Education:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or 5 plus years of management experience in a similar role.</li>\n<li>Minimum 5-8 years in the electrical power or utility overhead/ underground experience (substations, line work, reconductoring, etc.) or equivalent years’ experience.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead others in a manner that maximizes their performance.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work within budgets.</li>\n<li>Knowledge or working relationship with Exelon, PECO, Delmarva, PEPCO, BG&amp;E or all other Utilities and Co-Ops. </li>\n<li>Technical knowledge of electrical systems, NFPA 70E and the NEC a plus</li>\n<li>Ability to operate a laptop and/or tablet is a must.</li>\n<li>Proficient computer skills and experience in Microsoft Office products.</li>\n<li>Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and work under pressure.</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal, written and human relations skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to read, understand and effectively apply construction drawings, specifications and electrical schematics.</li>\n<li>Ability to organize and administer multiple job functions with good attention to detail</li>\n<li>Must be confident, decisive, self-motivated.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge and understanding of High Voltage equipment, vehicles and power distribution.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel to jobsites and storm events nationally, including overnight, as needed.</li>\n<li>Valid passenger driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.  Reliable means of transportation is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working a minimum of 40 hours/week</li>\n<li>Sitting 6 to 8 hours/day</li>\n<li>Lifting weights of 0 to 30 lbs. from floor to above shoulders</li>\n<li>Repetitive use of hands for writing, typing, data entry, and filing</li>\n<li>Vision adequate for daily and consistent computer use and reading</li>\n<li>Hearing adequate for phone use</li>\n<li>Standing, climbing, kneeling, reaching, bending, twisting, and walking as needed to perform site surveys to collect data for project design</li>\n<li>Balance adequate for climbing ladders, scaffolds, and lifts</li>\n<li>Environmental factors include working in: temperature extremes of 0 F to 100 F up to 8 hours inside or outside; atmospheric exposure to dust, gases, fumes, odors; and poor ventilation in confined spaces</li>\n<li>Special hazards include exposure to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and explosive hazards</li>\n<li>Personal protective equipment includes use of hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves and hearing protection</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"><span style=\"color: rgb(72, 65, 63);
