    "description": "<p>We are seeking an experienced Powder Coat Painter to join our team. As a key member of our Paint Department, you will be responsible for applying powder coatings to various parts and products using specialized equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in powder coating and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comply with all safety and quality guidelines, standards, and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.</li>\n<li>Prepare and hang parts for coating by following established procedures and guidelines.</li>\n<li>Operate powder coating equipment, including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems, to apply coatings to parts and products.</li>\n<li>Monitor equipment performance and detect defects to ensure quality and efficiency.</li>\n<li>Ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer order deadlines.</li>\n<li>Perform manual color changes, maintain equipment, and perform general maintenance tasks.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate knowledge of equipment operation, troubleshooting, and repair.</li>\n<li>Load and unload parts or products onto fixtures, and ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other department leads to ensure timely delivery of products.</li>\n<li>Train, support, and develop the skills of others.</li>\n<li>Schedule personnel and workload to optimize machine performance.</li>\n<li>Work on continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with shipping team to ensure on-time delivery.</li>\n<li>All other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n<li>High proficiency in powder coating principles and practices.</li>\n<li>Ability to lead and manage a team.</li>\n<li>Basic math and communication skills required.</li>\n<li>4+ years in powder painting</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a hot environment and lift up to 40 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Demands:</span></p>\n<p>This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping up to 60 lbs. Employees may also stand and/or walk for up to 10-12 hours per day.
