    "description": "<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>We construct, renovate, and install nearly every electrical system component related to data center construction, facilities maintenance, electrical systems upgrades, and virtually anything else required to keep facilities running on the cutting edge of efficiency and technology.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>Morley Moss, Inc in Sunnyvale, TX is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager for out Data Center Construction Division. </p>\n<p> </p>The Senior Project Manager oversees electrical construction projects in a mission-critical data center environment, ensuring field operations align with company SOPs, project scope, and schedule. Responsibilities include managing project execution from preconstruction through closeout, selecting means and methods, and overseeing schedules, submittals, RFIs, transmittals, and documentation. The role also includes managing buyouts, reviewing specifications, coordinating project layout, and tracking materials and equipment to ensure safe, timely, and successful delivery. \n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the project activities for the projects assigned in accordance with project goals, budget, quality control and company objectives. </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Responsible for providing project management resources to act for the company in matters pertaining to the successful progress and completion of assigned projects according to established budget, schedules and contract documents. </p></li>\n <li><p>Ensures adherence to project budget and reports any potential risks or discrepancies to the Division Manager prior to and during the budget review process monthly. </p></li>\n <li><p>Understands complex project plans, drawing specifications and schedule as well as the resources necessary to complete the project on time and within budget. </p></li>\n <li><p>Ensures accurate and timely project documentation, including but not limited to, RFI's submittals, schedule updates, time records, supplemental work orders, change order pricing, and general project correspondence. </p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinate with the Superintendent and Project Field Staff to determine the priority of job – especially when dealing with scheduling conflicts for labor and equipment. </p></li>\n <li><p>Establishes, maintains, and tracks performance standards for all work performed on assigned project. </p></li>\n <li><p>Perform regular inspections of all work performed on assigned project. </p></li>\n <li><p>Adheres to the Company uniform project management procedures and cost accounting standards. </p></li>\n <li><p>Foster and maintain consistent and uniform cooperation among all departments in the company. </p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare Project expense budgets, revenue and profit projections for the Division Manager. </p></li>\n <li><p>Provides consistent supervision and monitoring of all work performed on assigned project. </p></li>\n <li><p>Provide technical advice to both clients and employees working on assigned project. </p></li>\n <li><p>Works with the Division Manager on the bid mark-up that are consistent with the volume and profit objectives for the Project and Company. </p></li>\n <li><p>Review estimates and proposal scope letters. </p></li>\n <li><p>Review RFQ/RFP documents for the solicitation of subcontractors and vendors. </p></li>\n <li><p>Possess a high level of expertise in all phases of electrical and low voltage design and construction. </p></li>\n <li><p>Enforce compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, safety standards and contracts and report all variances to the Division Manager. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Electrical Engineering Degree OR Electrical Trade Diploma with a minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience in the Electrical Industry, with at least 4 year's experience leading complex multi-million dollar Electrical Projects, Data Centers preferred, OR a minimum of 10 years combined experience in Electrical Field Installation and Project Management in the Electrical Industry, with at least 5 year's experience leading large complex multi-million dollar Electrical Projects in the public/private sector. (Required) </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Experience with Accubid, Live Count and Bluebeam. (Preferred) </p></li>\n <li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Office. (Required) </p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication and team skills. (Required) </p></li>\n <li><p>Professional Certifications (Preferred) </p></li>\n <li><p>High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required) </p></li>\n <li><p>Partial relocation assistance available. </p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS </strong></p>\n<p>Must have the demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English, cooperate, and collaborate with multiple levels of employees, vendors and suppliers, and other contractor organizations.  </p>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
