Maintain an effective work</span><span>ing</span><span> relationship with others in the company.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Follow established job safety practices, policies and procedures as specified in plant and in corporate directives for the safe performance of daily activities. Proactively suggest improvements and elevate issues to management.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist</span><span> with </span><span>the calibration program</span><span>.  </span><span>Make sure all tools that need to be in the program are included</span><span>, that they get sent out and returned on the correct frequency, the needed data is obtained, and the quality records are kept</span><span>.</span><span>  </span><span>Help </span><span>locate</span><span> missing tools.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Interface with calibration suppliers to get tools sent out</span><span>, returned, and repaired if necessary.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>S</span><span>tart NCR</span><span>s and s</span><span>hepherd</span><span> the determination of risk/actions when OOT tools are received.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Operate x-ray equipment</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Be </span><span>involved in </span><span>audits of the calibration system.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Inspect mechanical and electrical components as needed.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>O</span><span>ther </span><span>responsibili</span><span>ties as assigned</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Required<span> </span></span><span>Qualifications</span><span>/Education</span><span>:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>A.A.S. or A.S. in a technical </span><span>discipline OR equivalent experience.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>2+</span><span> years of relevant experience</span><span>.</span><span>  </span><span>         </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>E</span><span>xperience in aerospace/defense, electronics contract manufacturing, and/or high precision machining.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience with calibration programs and knowledge of ISO17025</span><span> preferred.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience using </span><span>computers for data entry, item lookups, </span><span>etc.  </span><span>Experience with MS Word and Excel.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Basic understanding of material flow in a manufacturing environment and importance of </span><span>measuring tool calibration.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Familiarity with ISO900</span><span>1 and AS9100</span><span> requirements as it pertains to manufacturing and quality operations. AS9100 experience preferred.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Working Conditions:</p>\n<p>This job operates in a professional office environment, but in a manufacturing company. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
