    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">About the Role Noble Environmental is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Operator to support the operation and maintenance of our Centralized Wastewater Treatment Facility located at Greentree Landfill. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to environmental protection while developing technical skills in wastewater treatment, equipment maintenance, and laboratory procedures.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p>&bull; Perform daily operational tasks to ensure efficient plant performance</p><p>&bull; Conduct routine maintenance and support facility upkeep</p><p>&bull; Operate and maintain solids handling and dewatering equipment, including plate and frame presses and belt presses</p><p>&bull; Collaborating with plant operators and maintenance personnel to optimize system performance</p><p>&bull; Assist with customer service activities and material tracking</p><p>&bull; Prepare, mix, and monitor treatment chemicals and process inputs</p><p>&bull; Adhere to and promote all company safety policies and procedures</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>&bull; Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment</p><p>&bull; Willingness to work 40&ndash;50 hours per week, including 8&ndash;10-hour shifts</p><p>&bull; Mechanical aptitude or maintenance experience preferred</p><p>&bull; Prior experience in wastewater or liquid waste treatment is advantageous but not required</p><p>&bull; Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail</p><p>Professional Competencies</p><p>&bull; Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability</p><p>&bull; Effective time management and problem-solving abilities</p><p>&bull; Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>&bull; Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment</p><p>Training &amp; Development Noble Environmental provides on-the-job training in wastewater treatment operations, equipment maintenance, and basic laboratory procedures to support employee growth and success in the role.</p><p>Work Schedule</p><p>&bull; 5-6 days per week</p><p>&bull; 8&ndash;10-hour shifts</p><p>Additional Information: This description outlines the general scope of responsibilities and is not intended to be exhaustive.
