You have working experienced with the Integrated Communications Environment (ice) platform and the QMatic Orchestra software. You have experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) environment and are committed to continuous learning and innovation. You communicate effectively, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span lang=\"EN-CA\">Key responsibilities of this position are:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementation.</li><li>Completing all assigned development and maintenance tasks (service requests, releases, incidents, problems, etc.).</li><li>Testing software applications to validate results and ensure they meet design specifications before deployment</li><li>Meeting with users and stakeholders to define business needs and translating them into technical, actionable, and functional requirements.</li><li>Monitoring existing systems to resolve issues, optimize performance, and perform necessary upgrades or patches.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><p>A university degree of four (4) years in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
