      "Value": "<p><strong>Liquid Production Entry – Fort Collins, CO</strong><br>This is a full-time, hourly-level position.<br><br><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br>The Liquid Production Entry performs all entry-level tasks involved in the production of finished liquid products.&nbsp; The position follows SOPs and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Balance safety, quality and productivity to achieve positive results in all areas; the Liquid Production Entry must always work to continuously improve all assembly line activities</li><li>Assist Operators, Workers and Blenders with daily pre-operational setups</li><li>Understand all cleaning procedures, including the PPE required to perform the task safely</li><li>Complete secondary tasks for production, including folding boxes and bringing material into the production areas</li><li>Build pallets according to tie-high standards</li><li>Perform quality checks on the finished goods being produced</li><li>Operate entry level equipment, including pneumatic pallet jack and tape guns</li><li>Represent, promote and enforce exceptionalism with all regulatory agencies (OSHA, SQF) and their applicable policies</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>1+ years’ manufacturing experience preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Employees in this position working at this location are [or may be] exposed to various potential chemical and food allergens due to the nature of our business and the requirements of the job.&nbsp; If there is any reason such exposure would interfere with your ability to perform this role or work at the location, please notify the hiring manager.</p></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to stand, walk, use hands or fingers to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms on a frequent basis</li><li>Ability to lift and/or move up to fifty-five (55) pounds on a frequent basis &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl on an occasional basis</li></ul><p lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">REF: 108588BR</p>",
