    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"> <strong>PRIMARY FUNCTION:</strong><p>The Yard Technician II ensures that all equipment is ready for rent and the yard is organized to maximize efficiency.</p><p><strong>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE &amp; SKILLS</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have a valid state driver&rsquo;s license with a moderately clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language.</li><li>Ability to take verbal and written instructions and perform the tasks necessary for the job.</li><li>Ability to perform basic math.</li><li>Ability to maintain a safe, organized and clean working environment.</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED EDUCATION &amp; SKILLS&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>High School degree or equivalent is preferred.</li><li>1 year of Forklift experience is preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Load and unload trucks. This includes the safe distribution of weight and proper and legal tie down of all loads.&nbsp;</li><li>Transports non-DOT equipment</li><li>Prepare equipment for rent.</li><li>Organize and put equipment and tools in proper place.</li><li>Keep the area of responsibility clean and organized.</li><li>Keep forklift, pallet jack, and pressure washer in good working order.</li><li>Responsible for matching loaded and unloaded equipment with delivery tickets or other freight documents.</li><li>Performs minor maintenance or cleaning of tools and equipment.</li><li>Notes any physical damage to equipment received on freight document.</li><li>Works outdoors in all weather conditions.</li><li>Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Management.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><div class=\"fr-view\"><p style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:center;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:center;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:center;'><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\" style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:center;'><span style='font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;'>National Tank &amp; Equipment is an Equal Opportunity Company.</span></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
