Job Summary: Work collaboratively as part of a crew to waterproof and install commercial roofing systems, including fully‑adhered and mechanically fastened single‑ply membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.) Benefits Competitive Wages - $25-$50 DOE! Experience with commercial roofing is ideal but not required Has reliable transportation and valid driver's license Pass a background check and drug test to work on federal/government buildings Able to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work from heights Comfortable working outdoors, year-round on a construction site Able to lift and carry heavy material throughout the day Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policies Schedule Monday-Friday- Full-time.
