Automotive Quick Lane Advisor Trainee
Mullinax Ford is looking for a high energy, customer service, and sales oriented team member to join our multi-store enterprise. The prime candidate will be dependable, hard-working, self-motivated, goal oriented and have a positive attitude.
Schedule : Monday thru Saturday schedule hours vary - No Nights or Sundays Guaranteed
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Set and prepare for appointments with customers Greet and consult with customers regarding applicable maintenance specials Provide superior customer satisfaction Distribute work between technicians efficiently Produce repair orders for customers, including cost and time estimates Collect payment from customers Clean and maintain work environment to ensure workplace safety Follow all Company procedures and standards Perform all duties as assigned Qualifications for this job:
Must be at least 18 years old Excellent customer service skills Must have professional appearance Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Strong time management skills Basic vehicle knowledge Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines Must be able to pass background screening and drug test Benefits package for full time employees includes:
