    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Acuren is currently recruiting for AWS/CWI Inspectors to support our operation in Farmington, NM</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The CWI will establish inspection procedures, oversee quality systems, and ensure compliance with corporate and client requirements across multiple projects. AWS/CWI inspectors provide expert consultation, perform audits, mentor inspection personnel, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This level reflects the highest technical and leadership proficiency, emphasizing strategic quality assurance and technical integrity within inspection operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The CWI provides advanced technical oversight and ensures consistent application of visual inspection standards. They review and approve inspection procedures, interpret complex specifications, and make accept/reject decisions on critical components. Level III inspectors may serve as project leads, provide technical direction to lower-level inspectors, and liaise with engineering, quality, and client representatives. This role requires extensive experience, certification mastery, and strong knowledge of codes such as ASME, AWS, or API.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>•Start Date: ASAP•Duration: Ongoing project•Schedule Day shift: 6-12’s•Schedule Night shift: 6-10’s•Per Diem: 7 days•Requirements: Valid CWI certification </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At the direction of client, perform visual and non-destructive examination of static and dynamic pressure retaining equipment in accordance with American Petroleum Institute (API) standards and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)</li>\n <li>Submit to client technically accurate reports documenting equipment condition</li>\n <li>Provide client with technical recommendations for the repair, re-rate, replacement, and/or alteration of plant equipment, as required for safe operation within stated operating parameters for durations specified by client</li>\n <li>Provide technical input to client as required for welding and metallurgical issues</li>\n <li>Provide technical guidance, on a application of non-destructive examination techniques and procedures</li>\n <li>Fully comply with all Acuren and client safe work practices and actively participate in all site safety initiatives</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel if needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>CWI certified required</li>\n <li>6 years’ experience or 4+ years on site experience</li>\n <li>Additional API 510/570/653 a preferred </li>\n <li>In-depth working knowledge of API 510/570 and ASME standards </li>\n <li>Experience working in direct support of petrochemical facility engineers</li>\n <li>Valid TWIC card or be able to obtain </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance</li>\n <li>401K Plan</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Acuren is a trusted, single source provider of technology-enabled asset protection solutions used to evaluate the structural integrity of critical energy, industrial and public infrastructures.
