ACI services include, but not limited to: Asphalt patching, asphalt reconstruction, asphalt resurfacing, sealcoating, crack sealing, concrete maintenance: including installation and repair of concrete curbs, walks, and pads; storm sewer repair and installation, lot marking, and green paving solutions. ACI as a company strives to exceed customer, industry and employee expectations.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Job Summary:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">As a Driver you will perform tasks involving Driving equipment, maintain D.O.T. logs, pick up materials, dispose materials, physical labor on parking lots. Laborers will carry out maintenance work by removing existing deteriorated asphalt, removing vegetation, dirt, sediment and debris, perform catch basin repairs, bollard installation as well as any maintenance project assigned by the foreman or team lead. The Driver will inspect and maintain all equipment and supplies including tires, lights, brakes, gas and oil and completes minor repairs to equipment at the direction of the Foreman or Operations Manager and/or the Team Lead.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Requirements&nbsp;</strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">High school diploma or general education degree (GED) some general construction knowledge and or experience preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Class A CDL and current medical card and all DOT requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Clean driving record</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must be physically able to perform general labor duties as assigned to company standards</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Mechanical &amp; equipment experience is a plus, but not necessary</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must have positive attitude, reliable &amp; punctual</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must be able to perform both pre-&amp; post inspection</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Must perform pre-check list of vehicle safety mechanisms, including but not limited to brake lights, signal lights, tire pressure, fluid levels, etc.</li></ul></div><p><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 35, 33); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; float: none; display: inline !important;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Heartland Paving Partners is an organization committed to diversity and inclusion to drive our business results and create a better future every day for our diverse employees and communities.
