          "text": "<p>The primary function of this position is to set-up, verify, and operate CNC lathes to machine complex parts to customer requirements.</p><p><strong>2nd Shift (1:45pm - 10:15pm)</strong></p><p>Other responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Set-up of CNC lathes including calibration of cutting tools and location of work offsets for part production.</li><li>Verification of CNC programs and, when required, operation of lathes.</li><li>Completion of all applicable paperwork (working to ISO 9000 standards).</li><li>Performance of dimensional and visual inspections for first piece and in-process manufacturing.</li><li>Cleanliness of the work area and proper handling of tools, equipment, and stock to prevent damage or loss.</li><li>Assist in training other machinists or in supervising machine operators.</li><li>Related detail work including de-burring, modification, re-work and assembly, as needed.</li><li>May require training in hazardous material handling depending on job assignment.</li><li>Perform other duties as requested.&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Minimum 5&#xa0;years CNC job shop experience.</li><li>Must work to close tolerances in a high volume environment.</li><li>Must be proficient with complicated blueprints and advanced job shop mathematical calculations.</li><li>Familiar with CNC programming codes and able to perform complex set-ups for prototype and production runs.</li><li>Must be able to follow written instructions and to work with no supervision.</li><li>Must be familiar with cutting tool feeds and speeds.</li><li>Understanding of true position tolerancing and Cartesian coordinate systems.</li><li>Requires frequent bending, reaching and lifting of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.</li></ul><p>This position is paying between $28-$38 per hour depending on experience.</p>",
