    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented <strong>Weapons System Analyst</strong> to join our team at <strong>Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE)</strong>, supporting the <strong>Air Combat Command (ACC)</strong>. The Weapons System Analyst will provide critical support in analyzing, evaluating, and integrating weapons systems into operational and strategic planning. This position requires expertise in <strong>Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis</strong>, <strong>weapons systems evaluation</strong>, and the ability to deliver actionable intelligence to enhance mission effectiveness. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct <strong>weapons systems analysis</strong> to assess capabilities, vulnerabilities, and performance of current and emerging systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform <strong>Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis</strong> and <strong>Multi-Int Fusion</strong> to integrate weapons systems data with other intelligence sources (e.g., GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support <strong>ISR Target Development</strong> by providing detailed analysis of weapons systems and their operational impact. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mission planners, operators, and intelligence analysts, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify intelligence gaps related to weapons systems and recommend collection strategies to address them. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain proficiency in analytical tools, methodologies, and software to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Min of 9 years experience w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA degree or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA Degree</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>weapons systems evaluation</strong>, <strong>ISR analysis</strong>, and <strong>Multi-Int Fusion</strong>. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in weapons systems analysis. </li>\n <li>Strong understanding of weapons systems capabilities, vulnerabilities, and operational applications. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. </li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings. </li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting <strong>Air Combat Command (ACC)</strong> or similar ISR organizations. </li>\n <li>DOD 8140 compliance based on DCWF code 111 basic level</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of <strong>ISR Target Development</strong> and operational-level intelligence planning. </li>\n <li>Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government <strong>weapons systems analysis training course</strong> or specialized certification. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in weapons systems analysis.  </li>\n <li><strong>Experience Level: </strong>At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.</li>\n <li><strong>Required Education: </strong>Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor’s degree.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a mission-critical team supporting the <strong>U.S. Air Force's ISR and weapons systems operations</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment at <strong>Joint Base Langley-Eustis</strong>, a hub for Air Force intelligence and operational excellence. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#AFACC</p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
