However, we are unable to sponsor new or transfer visas that are currently needed or may be needed in the future. </em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Wrench Group is a national leader in home services, partnering with top brands across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to deliver exceptional customer experiences and accelerate growth across a multi-location enterprise.</p>\n<h3>Why Join Wrench Group</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and shape the future of enterprise + AI-driven analytics</li>\n <li>High-impact role with visibility to senior leadership</li>\n <li>Growth and development through Wrench University</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation ($145,000.00 - $155,000.00)</li>\n <li>Unlimited PTO with Supervisor partnership</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits + 401K match</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Own Power BI end-to-end: governance, workspaces, deployment pipelines, performance, and user experience</li>\n <li>Build and scale executive dashboards, scorecards, and enterprise reporting across Finance, Operations, HR, and Marketing</li>\n <li>Design and manage semantic models and KPI frameworks—creating a trusted, consistent metric layer across the business</li>\n <li>Architect and optimize our Microsoft Fabric environment (lakehouse, pipelines, dataflows, OneLake)</li>\n <li>Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards (RLS, lineage, certification, access controls)</li>\n <li>Partner with Data Engineering and business leaders to deliver analytics that drive decisions and outcomes</li>\n <li>Integrate and scale AI-enabled capabilities (Copilot, natural language query, predictive insights)</li>\n <li>Continuously improve performance, scalability, and usability of the analytics platform</li>\n <li>Enable the organization through training, documentation, and self-service best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>8+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering</li>\n <li>Deep hands-on expertise with Power BI (DAX, semantic modeling, governance, performance tuning)</li>\n <li>Experience building or supporting Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, or similar data platforms</li>\n <li>Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience creating scalable, analytics-ready datasets</li>\n <li>Proven ability to own and govern an enterprise analytics platform (data quality, lineage, access, standards)</li>\n <li>Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders</li>\n <li>Exposure to AI/GenAI in analytics environments is a plus</li>\n <li>Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills across technical and executive audiences</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
