Administration</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel systems, including electrical, plumbing, minor painting, and other related maintenance tasks.</p><ul><li>Replace air conditioner filters and maintain air conditioning units, cooling towers, and boilers to provide heating, cooling, and hot water for guests.</li><li>Maintain the pool area by ensuring proper chemical balancing, cleaning, and safety.</li><li>Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or requests in a courteous, timely, and professional manner.</li><li>Contribute to improving guest satisfaction by providing a high-quality product and exceptional service through employee development.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Support</strong></p><ul><li>Communicate effectively in English with guests, associates, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Accurately report maintenance-related information and adhere to all Stepstone and Doubletree West Palm Beach Airport policies and procedures.</li><li>Participate in required meetings to stay updated on hotel needs and improvement strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>Professionalism and Style Expectations</strong></p><p><strong>3. Personal Effectiveness</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure that all tasks and projects are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with great care.</li><li>Adapt to high-pressure situations and remain open to change.</li><li>Take ownership of personal growth and development in your career.</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and conduct yourself in a manner that sets a positive example for all team members.</li></ul><p><strong>4.
