This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone eager to contribute to a range of high-profile projects in the fast-paced Geospatial industry, while leveraging their expertise in construction and surveying.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Do</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Staking/Setting out for different trades in construction.</li>\n<li>Prepare and analyse data for set-out for yourself and others</li>\n<li>Utilise modern survey methods and survey devices such as Total Stations, GNSS, UAV, HDS, imaging tools, GPS, Data Collectors.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to understand and complete survey capture and control works.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Record surveying information accurately and consistently on site to the agreed specification and scope</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform detailed field and office surveying work</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilisation of post processing software</li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with clients and various stakeholders, ensuring we deliver projects to exact customer requirements.</li>\n<li>Any other duties as required by the business.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Will Bring</span></span></p>\n<p><span><br></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have relevant qualifications (Surveying, Geomatics or Engineering) and/or 3+ years of relevant experience.</li>\n<li>Fundamental knowledge of the principles and practices of surveying and geospatial engineering, especially control networks.</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate technical information effectively.</li>\n<li>Understand scopes of work and project requirements.</li>\n<li>Have strong knowledge of current CAD technology.</li>\n<li>Experience working in infrastructure and construction.</li>\n<li>Experience with HD Laser Scanning technology and software (desired but not essential).</li>\n<li>Experience with machine control (desired but not essential).</li>\n<li>Possess a full clean UK/ International Drivers’ licence</li>\n<li>Flexibility to travel nationwide as required by our clients.</li>\n<li>Possess a CSCS card or be prepared to start the process</li>\n<li>The right to work in the UK.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Attributes</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work on your own initiative and to develop new applications and projects, as well as working within an existing team</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li>\n<li>An ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads and achieve critical deadlines</li>\n<li>Willingness to develop skills and knowledgebase.</li>\n<li>A flexible, positive attitude towards work and be a team player</li>\n<li>Enthusiastic and structured approach to planning with good problem-solving abilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits You Will Love</span></span></p>\n<p><span><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span>At Murphy Geospatial – A Woolpert Company, you’ll join a collaborative and innovative team where your expertise makes a real impact.
