The Estimator is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates for concrete-related project scopes while working collaboratively with team members.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">The ideal candidate will have a background in Engineering or Construction Management, along with relevant field experience. font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Partners with the estimating team to identify bid opportunities and establish schedules.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Obtains plans and specs for projects chosen for bid, including addenda and updates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Engages vendors to secure competitive pricing for materials and required services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensures all bids align with project specifications and contractor requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Develops clear scopes of work and prepares complete, accurate proposals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Submits proposals and supporting documentation in a timely and organized manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Collaborates with the Vice President of Concrete and Project Managers to review estimates as needed.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Verifies awarded project scopes by comparing contract documents to bid proposals and plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Works closely with Project Managers to support successful project execution and ensure scope alignment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Prepares pricing for change orders related to scope adjustments or drawing revisions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Communicates effectively with Project Managers regarding scope details, changes, and purchasing needs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Assists with submittals and supports material procurement when required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Maintains professional relationships with clients, representing the company in a positive manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Participates in weekly review, scope, and turnover meetings.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Stay updated on construction technology and methods.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Analyzes job cost data from historical and active projects to support estimating accuracy.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform other related duties as required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
