The Case Manager supports teens and families and builds protective factors to prevent suicide attempt and ideation through assisting to provide individual, group and family counseling and provides outreach, referral, and follow-up services.&nbsp;<strong><em>This position offers a generous benefit package including health insurance, dental, vision, dependent care, paid time off, 401(k), tuition assistance program and more.&nbsp;</em></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><b>Schedule:</b></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Mon. - Fri. 11am - 7pm; Summer and School holidays 9am - 5pm</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong><u>Areas Of Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Provide outreach, engagement and follow-up with girls referred to program to assure continuity of mental health treatment and encourage participation in the Life is Precious&trade; program and assist with client recruitment</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide case management and counseling to connect the clients with services</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist in the creation of age-appropriate programing for young adults that serve to expand horizons and provide healing, calming experiences for the clients</li>\r\n\t<li>Reinforce vocational exploration, internships and community service to enhance participants&rsquo; career planning, learning, personal growth and civic responsibility</li>\r\n\t<li>Coordinate trips, celebrations and special events for young adults and their families that increase the clients&rsquo; cultural pride and awareness</li>\r\n\t<li>Collaborate with community agencies, public officials, and organizations</li>\r\n\t<li>Participate in program team meetings to discuss accomplishments and program related matters</li>\r\n\t<li>Represent the program to community providers (i.e. schools, churches and community centers) and provide information and training relevant to the program focus and populations</li>\r\n\t<li>Document community activities, outings and development involving families.</li>\r\n\t<li>Performs other duties as assigned</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
