    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div><p><span><strong>Job Title</strong>: OS&amp; D Clerk, Service Center</span></p><p><span><strong>Job Summary:</strong></span></p><p><span>The Service Center OS&amp;D Clerk ensure accurate receiving and shipping of customer's freight, maintain inventory integrity, and investigate and reconcile all inventory and shipping discrepancies.</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Match inbound freight with billing.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Record and work overages, shortages, and refusals.</span></li><li><span>Arrive inbound loads.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Bill as needed.</span></li><li><span>Dispatch as needed.</span></li><li><span>Assist drivers with customer information.</span></li><li><span>Provide assistance to customers.</span></li><li><span>Dock work and operate forklift as needed.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.</span></li><li><span>Must be at least 18 years of age</span></li><li><span>HS Diploma or&nbsp;equivalent&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Basic computer skills</span></li><li><span>Previous OS&amp;D and/or customer Service experience -Preferred</span></li></ul><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><i><span>&nbsp;</span></i></p><p><span>&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p></div>",
