    "requisitionDescription": "<p><strong>OVERVIEW</strong><br>The Content Director leads content strategy and execution for assigned clients, campaigns and workstreams. This includes collaborating across departments to develop content plans that align with brand voice and achieve client marketing goals across channels, then helping bring those plans to life through strong writing, clear direction and hands-on execution. From building client relationships and developing strategic recommendations to concepting with cross-functional teams and developing content calendars, this role moves easily between big-picture thinking and doing the work.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; SKILLS</strong></p><ul><li>Serves as a senior, client-facing strategic partner on key accounts and complex content initiatives&nbsp;</li><li>Builds and presents content strategies, calendars, messaging frameworks, campaigns and channel plans&nbsp;</li><li>Translates clients&rsquo; business, marketing and communication goals into clear content recommendations and executable content plans</li><li>Brings familiarity with AI tools that can support strategy development, audience insights, persona development and market research</li><li>Develops, writes and edits content across websites, social media, email, blogs, paid media, digital ads and video</li><li>Partners with Creative, Digital, PR, Media and account teams to deliver integrated client work&nbsp;</li><li>Helps manage priorities, feedback and workflow across assigned content projects&nbsp;</li><li>Identifies opportunities to improve content processes, collaboration and quality of work</li><li>Reviews data, analytics and platform performance to help optimize content recommendations&nbsp;</li><li>Supports the broader content function through mentorship and collaboration&nbsp;</li><li>Brings strong writing, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills</li></ul><p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, journalism, communications or related field.</li><li>7 - 10 years of experience in content marketing, communications or digital marketing</li><li>Understanding of SEO, AEO, content analytics and platform best practices</li><li>Strong writing and editing experience across digital, social and campaign channels</li><li>Experience contributing to annual planning, client strategy or new business efforts</li><li>Experience fostering client relationships, based on building trust and credibility</li><li>Experience presenting or selling ideas and strategies to clients or company leadership</li><li>Food and agriculture experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Agency experience preferred</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>BENEFITS &amp; COMPENSATION</strong></p><p>Curious Plot The pay range is $90,000 - $105,000</p><p>Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
