We began our partnership with Northside Gwinnett in 2013 to provide therapy services throughout the Northside Gwinnett system. ITC is searching for a Physical Therapist with a passion for providing excellent patient experiences after neurologic injury or impairment in the outpatient setting. This Physical therapist will provide neuro-specialized treatment to patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team comprised of Occupational and Speech Language Pathologists.  Patient care is comprised of an individualized one-on-one treatment approach for patients with a focus on regaining functional independence and safe mobility after neurologic events such as stroke, hemorrhage or spinal cord injury. </strong></p>\n<li>Appropriately assesses and examines patients with varying diagnoses according to PT scope of practice.</li>\n<li>Treats patient within the PT scope of practice.</li>\n<li>Teaches patients how to use and care for orthotic, prosthetic devices, and other assistive apparati.</li>\n<li>Provides education to patients, caregivers and associates regarding PT interventions, safety, community resources and outcomes.</li>\n<li>Recommends appropriate adaptive equipment for ambulation and functional mobility.</li>\n<li>Coordinates and leads groups.</li>\n<li>Attends and participates in care planning meetings as assigned.</li>\n<li>Communicates and collaborates with all customers and interdisciplinary team members.</li>\n<li>Maintains gym area and equipment.</li>\n<li>Contributes
