Our mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the people who depend on us.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We&rsquo;re currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Coordinator<strong>&nbsp;(RN)</strong> to join our <strong>MedSurg and ICU Department</strong> at our <strong>Galion location</strong>.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Directs and coordinates the day-to-day operations of departmental unit; assists the Nurse Manager as needed on a daily basis; and assumes administrative responsibility in the absence of the Nurse Manager. The RN &ndash; Clinical Coordinator will support the Organizational Mission and Values and adhere to the employee standards of behavior.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">BLS Certification or obtained within thirty (30) days of hire.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">ACLS Certification or obtained within six (6) months of hire.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">PALS Certification or obtained within six (6) months of hire.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous supervisory experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous ICU experience.</li><li>Three (3) or more years&rsquo; working as an RN in a hospital setting.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Why Join the Avita Health System Team?</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At Avita, we&rsquo;re committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment where every team member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our communities.
