PGH Wong was established in 1985 on its extraordinary foundation in systems engineering and is now a full-service engineering, architecture, construction management, and program/project management consulting firm for public and private entities across the nation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Civil Engineering Specialist will provide quality oversight and support for the project and construction management of major rail transit projects. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in analyzing and evaluating QA/QC methods to address project challenges. </li>\n<li>Support the development and implementation of a Quality Management System and Quality Assurance Plan aligned with the client’s standards. </li>\n<li>Contribute to the creation of statistical sampling programs, audit schedules, and checklists. </li>\n<li>Review and document feedback on Contractor’s Quality Manual. </li>\n<li>Participate in the verification and validation processes during construction activities. </li>\n<li>Help coordinate safety certification documentation for construction projects. </li>\n<li>Review submittals, RFIs, and updated as-built documents. </li>\n<li>Assist in issuing and tracking non-conformance reports (NCRs). </li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to project contract requirements. </li>\n<li>Manage the administrative flow of project documents for quality reviews. </li>\n<li>Contribute to the preparation of monthly quality reports. </li>\n<li>Support team training on project quality procedures. </li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications: </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
