      "content": "<li>Work with the Portage Point team (Associates to Managing Directors) and our clients to develop comprehensive valuation solutions </li><li>Perform valuation analysis on a wide range of illiquid investments broadly distributed across industries and geographies while using accepted and relevant approaches and theory</li><li>Interview clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and pertinent information</li><li>Design financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple, market transaction and option pricing analyses</li><li>Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality, tailored solutions and providing proactive strategic advice</li><li>Report and present analyses and conclusions both verbally and in written reports</li><li>Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members</li><li>Lead or support internal trainings and best practice sharing</li><li>Support business development and client relationship efforts</li><li>Support talent acquisition and firm-building initiatives</li><li>Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive and values-driven culture</li>"

      "content": "<li>Bachelor’s and / or master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics from a top undergraduate program </li><li>Located in or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, Palm Beach or Philadelphia</li><li>Invested in a team-based culture, motivated to collaborate in office four days per week and willing to work at client sites as needed&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum four years experience constructing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models including: DCF, comparable company, commodity contracts / forecasts and other intangible asset models</li><li>Commitment to develop personal network and relationships and uncover and sell new opportunities and engagements</li><li>Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills</li><li>Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams</li><li>High attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership mindset</li><li>Track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing environments</li>"
