    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Job Purpose<br>\n This is a key role for the Investment Advisory Business and will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling advisory-led investment products and solutions across asset classes</p>\n<p>The role involves working closely with investment teams, advisors, technology, and compliance, to deliver client-centric advisory propositions that are compliant and scalable</p>\n<p>Drive Product Strategy: Set-up, define and manage advisory solutions across products and services and align with markets and client requirements &nbsp;</p>\n<p>Setting up the Investment advisory team centrally to drive the advisory offerings</p>\n<p>The role demands strong leadership, consultative selling, and deep product expertise across investment products for the HNI and institutional clients</p>\n<p>Main Accountabilities</p>\n<p>Client Management: Meeting large clients and disseminating our service capability and ability to share our market/ product views to the clients.</p>\n<p>Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Research, Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance to deliver product improvements and client solutions</p>\n<p>Market &amp; Competitor Analysis: Conduct continuous market scanning and provide insights to refine product features and positioning</p>\n<p>Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all advisory journeys, tools, and product constructs comply with SEBI and internal governance standards</p>\n<p>Stakeholder Management: Engage AMCs other product providers, client servicing models, and innovation opportunities</p>\n<p>Performance Monitoring: Track portfolio outcomes and continuously recommend enhancements.&nbsp;<br>\n Strong understanding of:&nbsp;<br>\n Capital markets and investment products&nbsp;<br>\n Portfolio construction and asset allocation<br>\n Advisory business models and fee structures<br>\n Experience with SEBI IA regulations and suitability frameworks and Ability to translate investment concepts into simple, client-friendly solutions.</p>\n<p>Qualifications<br>\n • Minimum Degree: Post Graduation<br>\n ( MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in Finance or Equivalent/ CFA/ CFP would be preferred)<br>\n &nbsp;</p>",
