National Counseling Group (NCG), an ncgCARE partner, is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team. At National Counseling Group, our mission is to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care across multiple service types. In this role, you will lead critical aspects of client care, including offering case management, crisis intervention, psychological evaluations, and wraparound team support. As an Outpatient Therapist , you will provide: Case Management Services : Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support. Service Plans : Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients’ specific needs and goals. Crisis Intervention : Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises. Evaluations and Assessments : Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments, including those for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues. Facilitate Wraparound Meetings : Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports. This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. It is not intended to include every duty or responsibility that may be required of employees in this position. Compensation This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume. Compensation: $51,993 - $73,494 Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience. This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential.
