          "text": "<p><b>Description: </b></p><p>Business Partnering and Global Category ownership with accountability for strategy development through tactical-level execution for IT categories of spend.  Ensures that Business Partner role is an integral component of Global Procurement interaction.  This position leads, teaches and directs Sourcing Associates and Sourcing Analysts throughout the Category Management and Strategic Sourcing processes as well as key processes/skills (e.g., spend management analysis, stakeholder management, etc.) Develop, maintain and implement a 3-5 year strategic plan and ensure all projects supporting the strategic plan deliver maximum value.   Understand the product lifecycle process, impact on the organization (both short and long term) and knowledge of the global value chain to provide strategic industry insights and identify potential opportunities that may shorten/improve the product lifecycle or integrate opportunities across categories that ultimately lead to a competitive advantage.
