Lead customer to the appropriate staff member to meet customer’s needs.</li>\n <li>Answer the telephone, provide information, and enter correspondence information in the system as applicable.</li>\n <li>Provide superior service to customers regarding the statuses of their current accounts.</li>\n <li>Complete and file paperwork involved with the loan closing process.</li>\n <li>Ensure that all customer information is accurate and up to date in the electronic data system.</li>\n <li>May perform additional functions depending on market demand and staffing in order to provide consistent quality customer service.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
