Michael Hardy Letting Agents are seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join us in our Wokingham branch. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years current or past experience in Lettings or the Property industry. You will be an integral member of a team of eight other Lettings professionals based in Wokingham contributing to our future growth. Person Specification 2-3 years experience in the property industry Current or previous experience in sales or business generation Dynamic and self-motivated People first attitude and excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication Good attention to detail Problem solving abilities IT literate Full, clean driving licence Propertymark level 3 technical award or Certificate in Property Agency desirable but not essential.
