Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five years of experience. We offer flexible options for successful candidates, including potentially fully remote and hybrid opportunities. </p>\n<p>Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. This position involves engagement in complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters. Trial experience is preferred.</p>\n<p><strong>Candidates must be licensed to practice in Idaho.</strong></p>\n<p>GRSM is a full-service Am Law 100 firm with robust national and local practices and is the first and only law firm with attorneys and offices in all 50 states! We offer great stability, have an industry-leading low overhead platform, and maintain no debt whatsoever.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package including eligibility for subjective and objective bonuses and student debt repayment assistance.</p>\n<p>The yearly salary range is as follows: Associates: $100,000-$150,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel: $140,000-$200,000; Partners: $190,000-$275,000. This position is open to all experience levels.
