This position maintains inventory, assists with product displays, and supports the overall merchandising strategy. Working closely with the Golf Operations team, the Merchandiser ensures that all apparel, equipment, and golf-related merchandise is readily available, neatly presented, and aligns with the club’s standards for a high-end retail experience.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Reporting Structure</strong>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;• &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Reports to the Golf Shop Supervisor or Director Retail&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Day to Day</strong><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Create and maintain visually appealing and organized product displays in the pro-shop and retail areas, following seasonal and promotional themes.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure that all merchandise is properly tagged, priced, and aligned with the club’s branding and quality standards.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in the setup and breakdown of retail displays for special events, tournaments, and sales promotions.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Keep displays and merchandise clean, organized, and in excellent condition, replacing damaged or outdated items as necessary.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with monitoring and tracking inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring that popular items are reordered in a timely manner.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Receive, unpack, and process incoming merchandise shipments, checking for accuracy and quality.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Organize back stock efficiently and maintain a clean and orderly stockroom.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Work closely with the Golf Shop Supervisor to ensure that inventory is rotated regularly, and slow-moving items are strategically promoted.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, assisting them with product selection, answering questions, and making recommendations.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in processing sales transactions, handling cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Stay knowledgeable about current product lines, including apparel, equipment, and accessories, to better assist members and drive sales.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist members with special orders or custom merchandise requests, coordinating with vendors as needed.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with merchandising and sales support during golf tournaments, charity events, and special occasions, ensuring that the pro-shop meets the needs of participants.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Collaborate with the Golf Operations team to support the overall club activities and enhance the members’ experience through quality merchandising and service.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Participate in team meetings and offer suggestions to improve merchandising strategies and product offerings.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Additional Duties</strong>&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions. &nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team’s success.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>About You</strong><br>Required&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A minimum of 1 year of retail merchandising or sales experience in a golf, sports, or luxury environment.&nbsp;<br>Preferred&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and visual presentation.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with members and guests.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive and positive attitude.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of golf merchandise, apparel, and equipment.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic cash handling procedures.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to lift and carry merchandise (up to 100 lbs.) and work on feet for extended periods.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Physical Requirements</strong>&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Frequent exposure to extreme
