If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others through mental health support, we invite you to apply and join our dedicated team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking a motivated and compassionate <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bachelor-level Intern</span> pursuing a degree in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field</span>. This internship is unpaid and provides hands-on experience in a supportive, supervised environment where interns will gain practical skills while learning professional standards and ethical practices in human services.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications and experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently enrolled in a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bachelor’s degree program</span> in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of human behavior, mental health, or social services</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn</li>\n<li>Ability to work a flexible schedule</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum skills and knowledge:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n<li>Organizational and time-management skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong computer skills</li>\n<li>Experience with systems (e.g. DMH, DPH, DCF) preferred but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with youth and families preferred but not required</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Skills with spoken and written languages are desirable but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely and effectively with all other members of the team.</li>\n<li>Participate in quality improvement and assurance projects related to the program.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with agency policies</li>\n<li>Conduct research, data entry, or program evaluations as assigned</li>\n<li>Provide administrative and program support as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Observe and support counseling, case management, or group sessions under supervision</li>\n<li>Help develop and implement support plans, resources, or educational materials</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Embrace Pathways is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based upon an individual’s race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, genetic information, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, national guard or reserve unit obligations, participation in discrimination complaint-related activities, or membership in any category protected by federal or state law.</p>",
