This role also supports the General Manager across all areas of daily operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Sodexo offers a range of services to healthcare facilities, including food, nutrition, environmental, facilities management, healthcare technology management, retail, and patient experience services. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>have oversight of day-to-day operations; </li>\n <li>deliver high quality food service; </li>\n <li>manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies;</li>\n <li>mentor, develop, and retain frontline staff;</li>\n <li>develop and maintain client and customer relationships; </li>\n <li>perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development;</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
