All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.</p>\n<h2>Duties, Responsibilities & Other</h2>\n<p><strong>Project Support & Coordination</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution, including scope tracking, scheduling, and budget awareness.</li>\n <li>Assist in the development and execution of project work plans, safety plans, and schedules.</li>\n <li>Track field progress and communicate status updates, risks, and constraints to Project Managers.</li>\n <li>Assist with project setup, documentation, and closeout activities.</li>\n <li>Participate in internal project review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Field Leadership & Technical Execution</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise and mentor SUE field crews, including 2- and 3-person teams, across Nevada, Utah, and surrounding western states.</li>\n <li>Perform and oversee utility locating/designating using electromagnetic equipment, GPR, and vacuum excavation.</li>\n <li>Operate and/or oversee the operation of vacuum excavation trucks and related equipment as required.</li>\n <li>Review utility records, plans, and as-built drawings from western state, county, and municipal agencies; compare field data to design plans.</li>\n <li>Ensure field sketches, photographs, and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with project requirements.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with ASCE 38-22 guidelines and applicable <strong>Nevada, Utah, and Western municipal standards</strong>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Safety & Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enforce KCI safety policies and project-specific safety plans.</li>\n <li>Assist with traffic control planning and implementation.</li>\n <li>Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions.</li>\n <li>Conduct or assist with safety meetings and toolbox talks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Client & Team Interaction</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients under the direction of the Project Manager, with emphasis on public agencies and private clients in Nevada, Utah, and the Western U.S.</li>\n <li>Participate in client meetings, site walks, and coordination calls as needed.</li>\n <li>Foster a collaborative team environment and promote professional development of junior staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Skills Required: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Skills Preferred: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Highschool Diploma/GED</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain required certifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment. Motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.</p>",
